We are a month into our shelter-in and some of us have been in for a longer period of time - but we can now agree that this is the new normal. Our goal here at Ametti is to be your companion even during these uncertain times. We put together a home survival guide that we thought could ease you into life at home!

Our co-founder Tessa swears by this app! Even if you don’t own the bike - you have access to a ton of classes (yoga, strength, HITT etc) for only $20 per month! Now that’s what we call a steal.


Tracy Anderson Online

We are assuming an introduction is not necessary! Tracy Anderson has had a cult following for decades - well, you now can get online classes - both private and group classes are available at $90 per month.

Train Moment

This Chicago-based studio is now hosting virtual workouts on Instagram every single day. The instructors have a top-notch background in fitness and beyond - try it out! It’s free for now but donations are welcome!

The Class

Our Chief of Community Theresa is obsessed with NYC based studio The Class! You can access their Barre, HITT, and Dancing classes for $40 per month. What makes this studio special is the wellness and inspiration that is front and center for the brand...making each class experience truly one to remember.

Now that we are all working from home - it’s important to have a routine that can create boundaries. It’s so easy to hop out of bed and go straight to the computer but that won’t help you.

Dressing up

By now you have heard this rule many times but our team has always worked from home and we have tested this rule. There’s not doubt that when you dress up for all your meetings from home, you show up in better spirits! So don’t shy away from adding a little more makeup, a bold lip...and dress up for you and your team!

Schedule a daily routine and stick to it

Planning and structuring your days are the best way to make sure you take control of your time at home. It’s so easy to fall behind by not sticking to a schedule - only to feel drained and unproductive. Pull out that agenda or calendar and schedule your week...hour by hour! Trust us, it will keep you motivated and balanced.

Schedule fun zoom dates with friends and family

Shelter-in doesn’t have to mean self-isolation. Stay virtually close to those you love by setting up weekly virtual dinners and games! Let's use this time to be creative in the way we create memories - the silver lining to this crisis is prioritizing what matters...including our connection with loved ones.

Keep Traveling (Virtually...that is!)

Only because we are all inside now doesn’t mean we can’t nurture our travel spirit! Whether it’s a playlist that transports you to a different part of the world or virtually traveling to a destination via zoom, we encourage you to find a way!
